1. Returns Window

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange

2. Eligible Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Final sale or clearance items
• Perishable or custom-made products
• Intimate, sanitary, or personal care items

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our team at meivenshop.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide you with a return address and further instructions. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
