Shipping

When will my order ship?
Every order is hand-packed and ships within 1–3 business days. Around the holidays it can take a little longer, and we'll always get it out as quickly as we can.

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping in the US is $8, and it's free on orders over $35. Express shipping is $15.

How long does delivery take?
Most US orders arrive 3–7 business days after they ship. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to Canada, the UK, Australia, much of Europe and a few other countries. Rates are shown at checkout. Customs fees, duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

Gifting

Can you gift wrap my order?
Yes! Add Gift Wrap ($4) to your cart and we'll wrap your order by hand before it ships.

Can I include a gift note?
Of course. Write your message in the order notes at checkout and we'll tuck it inside.

Can I ship a gift straight to someone else?
Yes, just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.

Returns

What's your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Gift cards, final-sale items and custom-made items (like custom temporary tattoo sheets) can't be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. How do I start a return?
Email meivenshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send instructions. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Who makes your products?
We carry independent makers and small brands, including Little Viper Co. in Astoria, Sumner Lane, Amano Studio, Hartland Cards and The Raven's Edge Studio. Every piece is chosen by hand.
